Welcome to Anna's Crêperie and Café

 

At Anna's Crêperie & Café, we serve hearty galettes made from buckwheat, which is naturally gluten-free and contains no lactose by default. Galettes can be described as something between thin crêpes and traditional pancakes, and are served as lunch, dinner, or dessert depending on the filling. If you prefer something else, you'll also find options like shrimp sandwiches, coffee, and pastries. We strive to prepare everything from scratch as much as possible and use local ingredients whenever we can.

There is plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, with a total of around 100 seats. The veranda offers a beautiful view of Göta Holme and the Gullspång River. We have a ramp, making it easy to enter with a wheelchair or stroller, and the restroom is also wheelchair accessible. 

Dogs are very welcome at our outdoor seating areas, where we provide both water and shade for your four-legged friend. 

We offer free parking, and there is also a designated parking area for motorhomes also passes by us – perfect for a lunch stop. national cycle route Vänerleden also passes by us – perfect for a lunch stop.

Opening hours 2025

Open daily from Midsummer Day, June 21, to August 17.

Our kitchen is on the smaller side, and during peak season there may be a queue and some wait before your food is ready. If you want to be sure to get a spot, we recommend booking a table a few days in advance. 

If you'd like takeaway, please give us a call in advance to check with the kitchen, as it can also take some time when we're busy.

How to find us

We are located at Prästgatan 9 in central Gullspång.

Sustainability

Anna’s Crêperie & Café is located right next to the river in in Gullspång. We try to make use of what is available from ngredients found in the local area and are working towards using more locally produced products. We bake most things ourselves and prepare the galettes/crêpes from scratch, using organic buckwheat, which is gluten-free. We strive to minimize food waste, so our menu is designed with that in mind – benefiting both the climate and the economy.

We have implemented energy-efficient solutions in the kitchen and minimize waste through careful planning and recycling. We also use biodegradable packaging for our takeaway customers.

We are open during the summer season but actively work to extend the season with year-round activities. This allows us to create more job opportunities for those who work with us during the summer.

Our goal is to create a dining experience that is not only enjoyable for our guests but also sustainable for the planet. At Anna’s Crêperie, we are passionate about a vibrant countryside and love showcasing our scenic Gullspång to tourists and travelers, as well as offering the local community a little oasis where they can enjoy a coffee or a meal with something tasty in their glass.
